Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have previously self-excluded from nbazzi or have been excluded by nbazzi are not eligible to hold an active account. Attempting to register a new account after self-exclusion has been applied is a breach of these Terms.

Registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a Bangladesh mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. All information provided during registration and throughout the lifecycle of your account must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held in the account.
You may request closure of your nbazzi account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your most recently used BDT payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed. nbazzi also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. nbazzi reserves the right to charge a dormancy administration fee of up to ৳200 per month on dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Reactivation is possible by contacting [email protected].
nbazzi processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals:
nbazzi reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any significant changes to the payment method lineup.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, high-value deposits may require additional KYC documentation before being credited. nbazzi reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

Players using the nbazzi Platform must conduct themselves lawfully, honestly, and in a manner consistent with fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the nbazzi Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and nbazzi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter herein.
